A pop up restaurant caters to the “experimental diner”—one who craves not just an amazing meal, but a new and exciting dining experience and involves hosting dinners in various location and environment, featuring an exclusive menu that has just been created specifically for that night.
We recently stumbled upon Pith & Pally, a pop up dining experience that gives you a chance to interact with some of the area’s top chefs. Pith & Pally pops up occasionally throughout the year and we are here to tell you about the next event you shouldn’t miss on Monday, May 22. Chef Lee Aquino hosts (along with a special guest chef) dinner featuring five dramatic “one night only” courses prepared exclusively for an intimate, limited capacity gathering of guests. Advance ticket purchase is required for reservation and seating is limited. $75/ticket gets you a cocktail reception and dinner service with 5 tantalizing courses. All gratuities, taxes and service fees are included.
