Council Oak Steakhouse in Tampa’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino partners with High West Distillery to offer a luxurious fine-dining experience on Thursday, July 28. This pairing event combines rare, award-winning whiskeys with a menu specially created by Chef Dave Puatu.

The dinner begins with a cocktail reception at 6:30 PM, followed by a flavorful four-course meal and special performance by Josh Carroll. That’s right, Council Oak will be presenting the full package—stunning food, prime drinks, and an evening of soulful entertainment.

Then menu includes the following selections:

1st Course

Roasted Guinea Hen paired with High West Distillery American Prairie Bourbon

2nd Course

Smoked Rainbow Trout paired with High West Distillery Campfire

3rd Course

Grilled Wagyu Hanger Steak paired with High West Distillery Yippee Ki-Yay (Limited Release)

4th Course

Chocolate Truffle Assortment paired High West Distillery Double Rye

As an added bonus, each guest who attends the dinner will receive a commemorative bottle of High West Distillery Double Rye.
